Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He then spent 15 years with an American multi-national in its European Head Office.

His role as financial Director included acquisitions and mergers, tax, financing, cash management and banking relations. Since the early '90's Paul has carried out similar roles for private clients primarily involved in commercial and residential property.

Jeff founded Heritage plc. Since that company was closed in two banking hours he has: been evicted from his home as a result of his Guarantee liability and refused a £2,000,000 offer from LloydsTSB to settle. He has worked closely with his MP, Dr R Vis MP, and the “Heritage” debate in the House of Commons has made significant contributions to current Law.

His various complaints to the ICAEW about the actions of the Receivers, Grant Thornton have led to changes in Regularity guidelines.

Jeff started cbba ltd. He is also currently consultant to the All Party Parliamentary Group against Financial Exploitation.

Ken qualified in 1961 and worked as an auditor and then sole practitioner. He joined Sobell Rhodes as a partner in 1990 until 1999. He then joined Paul Kemsley at Rock Investments where he was involved with administration, compliance, audit and tax systems until the company was closed in May 2009.
