Paul retained the services of Jeff Lampert as a consultant.

Paul also appointed Ken Kemsley FCA as a consultant specialising in the area of loans to property companies.

Cbba Solutions Ltd seeks to use the vast expertise of this team to assist large borrowers through the current economic downturn, focusing in the main on large property companies, where otherwise healthy organisations have been injured by the collapse in value and therefore loan to value ratios.

The team has discovered a potential systemic flaw in some banks calculations of interest on LIBOR based loans. They have already negotiated substantial refunds on behalf of clients.

The team has established links with specialist firms to establish hedging strategies which will assist in stabilising cashflow.

The team is also mentoring clients with very difficult negotiations with banks, where those banks are seeking to foreclose. Because of his long involvement with Heritage plc (in Liquidation) Jeff Lampert has built a network of insolvency professionals:
